Managed and operated a €100 million healthcare project funded by the European Union over a six-year period, including the establishment, equipping, and operational readiness of 25 hospitals.

The project involved comprehensive planning, project management, stakeholder coordination, procurement and installation of medical equipment, operational preparation, and quality assurance to ensure effective healthcare service delivery.

Through strong leadership, technical coordination, and efficient resource management, the project successfully supported the development of healthcare infrastructure and enhanced healthcare operational capabilities in alignment with international standards.
